OVERVIEW
Glan Inspect Nigeria is the Group’s specialist inspection and quality assurance subsidiary, operating across Nigeria’s most demanding industrial and construction environments. Established to address a critical gap in the Nigerian market — the need for genuinely independent, technically rigorous, internationally-aligned inspection services — Glan Inspect Nigeria has rapidly earned a reputation as a partner that clients can trust when it truly matters.

Our inspectors and quality professionals are not mere form-fillers. They are experienced technical specialists who understand the consequences of non-conformance in high-risk environments. We work in the oil and gas sector, on major civil and infrastructure projects, in the manufacturing sector, and on large-scale construction programmes — anywhere that quality, safety, and compliance are non-negotiable.

  • Structural and Welding Inspection — Visual and non-destructive testing (NDT) of structural steel, weld joints, pressure vessels, and piping systems to ASME, AWS, and other applicable standards.
  • Third-Party Inspection (TPI) — Independent inspection of manufactured goods, equipment, and construction works on behalf of buyers, financiers, or regulators.
  • Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) Witnessing — Attendance at manufacturing facilities during acceptance testing to verify that equipment meets specified requirements before dispatch.
  • Concrete and Civil Works Inspection — Inspection and testing of concrete elements, formwork, reinforcement, and civil works to ensure structural integrity and code compliance.
  • Pre-Shipment & Receiving Inspection — Verification of goods prior to dispatch and upon delivery to confirm condition, quantity, and conformance with purchase order specifications.
  • Quality Management System Audits — Assessment and audit of supplier and contractor QMS against project requirements and international standards.
  • Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) Development — Creation of customised ITPs that define inspection activities, hold points, witness points, and acceptance criteria for construction and fabrication scopes.
  • Regulatory Compliance Inspections — Support for regulatory compliance across the DPR (now NUPRC), NAFDAC, SON, and other Nigerian regulatory bodies as applicable.

Why Glan Inspect Nigeria?

In a market where the quality and independence of inspection services can vary enormously, Glan Inspect Nigeria stands apart. Our neutrality is genuine — we work for the client, not the contractor. Our methodology is traceable — every finding is documented, photographed, and referenced against a specific standard or requirement. And our people are technically credentialed — qualified, certified, and continuously trained to stay current with evolving standards and practices.
